U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy

We hope your EZ Band Tool makes it simple and EZ to change your Apple Watch Band to fit your outfit or activity. We understand that some products may not be what was expected. In that unlikely event, please review the following terms related to returning your EZ Band Tool.

  • You have 31 calendar days to return the EZ Band Tool from the date you received it. The EZ Band Tool should be undamaged and in new condition.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from www.EZBandTool.com can be returned to EZ Band Tool. EZ Band Tools purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the EZ Band Tool you are returning is repackaged in the original packaging along with its packing slip.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.


How to Return an Item

Simply mail your EZ Band Tool in its original packaging with the packing slip to the following address:

Please write refund or exchange on the packing slip. If exchanging, please write the size and color of the EZ Band Tool you would like to exchange for.

If the EZ Band Tool is found damaged or abused, EZ Band Tool may refuse to refund or exchange your item.


Once we receive your item, we will refund your money by the same method as your original payment.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Refunds on products purchased from our online store using an EZ Gift Card will be issued to you as an EZ Gift Card by email.


If you purchased your item from EZ BAND TOOL in the U.S., you can send it back for an exchange.

For exchange, simply return it in its original packaging along with the packing slip within 31 days from receiving it.

Item exchanges are, of course, subject to product availability. Please check if a product is in stock by visiting www.EZBandTool.com and then  clicking on the right tool to see if its available. The only exchange exceptions are personalized items such as engraved EZ Band Tools.


Damaged Product or Incorrect Orders

If your EZ Band Tool arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service first via email at  customerservice@ezbandtool.com.

  1. Tools received that have a manufacturer’s defect.
  2. Tools received that were damaged in transit.
  3. Tools received that are the wrong color or wrong size from what was ordered.
